Atkins has provided civil, structural, transport and infrastructure services to two landowners in the Kilternan Glenamuck strategic land bank within Dun Laoghaire Rathdown, immediately west of The Park, Carrickmines.
Atkins prepared road design proposals for the interim upgrade of Glenamuck Road in order to facilitate first phases of development lands within the LAP area. These proposals were developed in close consultation with Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council who is now incorporating the proposals into a Part 8 planning application. Atkins has also recently provided transport and infrastructure services for a first phase planning application of 50 residential units on one landholding, this project received planning permission.
