AtkinsRéalis prepared of 2 sets of tender documents; 1 for network investigations, and 1 for flow and rainfall surveys.
Network investigations – drafting of tender documents from existing Irish Water Framework, preparation of scope and project
requirements, response to tender queries, assessment of tender applicants in terms of minimum requirements and price, and
preparation of tender scorecard.
Flow & Rainfall Survey – drafting of tender documents outside of an existing framework. Identifying and justifying selection of
suitable tenderers, preparation of scope and project requirements, response to tender queries, assessment of tender applicants
in terms of minimum requirements and price, and preparation of tender scorecard.
AtkinsRéalis were the Project Manager for the delivery of the Tullamore DAP. This includes management and delivery of; collation of all existing data,
undertaking a gap analysis, and scoping of surveys for the hydraulic model build for flow and rainfall survey, flow and load survey,
CSOs, pumping stations, CCTV, and connectivity investigations.
